My daughter and I are in the middle of booking everything for her wedding. The caterer was very important to us and wanted to secure early. I reached out to 6 total in the Charlotte area. I can not praise Tracy enough for the prompt response and continuous communication! Very little if any response from the others, never a personal phone call. Within 3 weeks after we initially discussed what we were thinking, Tracy emailed, texted, set up 2 phone calls, one including the bride, set up a tasting and got to know the bride and groom, They loved her and the her delicious food!!!! Of course we booked her! Look forward to Tracy being part of her special day!!!
The food was amazing. The chicken parm was absolute perfection. The salad was huge and delicious. There were tons of leftovers because the serving size was very generous but every bite of the chicken parm was eaten. I definitely use Tracy again and would highly recommend her.
Tracy was absolutely wonderful to work with. Her catering skills are top notch!! The low country boil for my son's wedding rehearsal dinner was absolutely amazing. I've gotten compliments all weekend long on the dinner. I would highly recommend her for any occasion. I would give 10 stars on the food, staff, delivery, and overall experience. I look forward to working with her again in the future.
We couldn’t be happier with Catering By Tracy and the incredible job she did for our special day. From the very beginning, she was professional, organized, and genuinely cared about making everything perfect. The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavor, and enjoyed by every single guest. We received so many compliments on the meal, and several people told us it was some of the best wedding food they’ve ever had. Her service was seamless and stress-free, which allowed us to truly enjoy our day. We absolutely loved working with Tracy and her team! The whole process was so smooth and easy- Tracy talked us through all our options and made sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. Our tasting was lovely, and we felt so good about our decisions and Tracy’s wonderful communication every time we had questions. Day of services were absolutely perfect! Our guests raved about how wonderful the food was, as well as how amazing the serving staff were. All around it was a great experience and we can’t recommend Tracy enough! She is fabulous!
Tracy and her staff were an absolute pleasure to work with! They absolutely knocked the food out of the park. Our guests have raved since our wedding a month ago, it was the best wedding food they have ever had and the portion sizes were very generous! We served both the garlic herb chicken and prime rib. She also was responsible for our table setting, which turned out amazing! Tracy was fast to respond to texts and answer all of my questions! I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a wedding caterer! They exceeded all of my expectations!
I highly recommend Tracy and her team! She catered my wedding for 150 people and did a spectacular job. The food was amazing - I got so many compliments on the bruschetta, rolls, and pot roast, and green beans in particular. Her staff was so friendly and attentive. She provided everything we needed and even set up some decorations to make everything look nice. She answered every quetion I had (which was a lot!) in a timely manner and couldn't have been nicer throughout the process.
Tracy and her staff are all wonderful to work with. We hired Catering by Tracy for our son and daughter in laws rehearsal dinner. From the very beginning to the end and all points in between Tracy had us covered. They arrived on site for the dinner and just started right to work setting up the serving tables and organizing it all. We had no worries or problems at all once they arrived. We also added the bar service which was so nice. Every one of our guests appreciated it. Thanks again, Tracy and staff!! The food was delicious, the service was impeccable and our guests had a wonderful time and left happy. What else can you ask for!
